Urnäsch III (Tagwach; Delta 3200)
At 5.30h in the morning, when the freezing temperatures relegate the fog to the bottom of the valleys, a keen ear may perceive a distant set of cowbells while hiking through the darkness, or a flickering column along a hillside. Then all goes quiet, when somewhere in front of a farm, the Sylvesterkläuse gather in a circle for one of their first chants (Zäuerli).
